“Building Healthy Boundaries” provides clients the skills and confidence to flourish as caregivers. This two-part series helps caregivers find the patience to continue caring for others, while they also care for themselves. At the end of this series, caregivers will have a newfound sense of purpose and confidence.

Building an Understanding of Your Limitations

This session helps participants understand their current boundary pattern. It helps participants minimize their resentments and regrets by increasing their awareness.

Building Your Confidence to “Say No” Effectively and Gently

This session helps participants understand the characteristics of healthy boundaries.  This session will review our boundary setting from our family of origin. This practice can pinpoint and resolve many of our boundary issues.
