  • Are you able to be flexible with topics for sharing?  
  • Are you able to show interest in listening?
  • Are you able to cheer each other up?
  • Are you able to focus on the here and now?
  • Are you able to be yourself on your first date?
  • Are you able to be your best self on your first date?
  • Do you feel joy and light-heartedness about this encounter?
  • Are you able to screen out the worries in your head during the date?
  • Are you able to trust you instincts throughout the process?
  • Are you able to just be in the moment?
  • Are you able to be sensitive to your own physical needs?
  • Are you able to be sensitive to your own emotional needs?
  • Are you able to be aware of and respect your own feelings and your own limits or boundaries?
