Establishing Your Healthy Boundaries: Saying “No?” No Problem is a two-part mini series: Are you feeling stretched-too-thin? Being pulled in a thousand different directions on a daily basis? Do you feel drained and exhausted in the process of helping others? The resentment and regret developed as the result could be devastating. Join this two-part mini practice series where you will learn and improve your ability to set relational boundaries that support healthy and meaningful relationships.  

 

  1. Practice 1: Understanding Your Limitations: This practice will focus on helping participants understand their current boundary patterns.  Respecting their needs and wants is crucial to set healthy boundaries and minimize personal resentments and regrets. 
  2. Practice 2: Building Your Confidence in Saying “No” Effectively and Gently: This practice will focus on helping participants understand the characteristics of healthy boundaries. Reviewing and understanding the boundary settings from your family of origin can help clear up blind spots in current boundary issues.
